This page explains what information Imprensa Solutions ("Imprensa," "we," "us") collects through imprensasolutions.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry. The form on our Contact page asks for your name and email address, and optionally your business or role, your current website or profile, the kind of project you have in mind, the services you are interested in, a budget range, a timeline, and your goals. You decide what to include.
When you email us. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message.
When you visit the site. Like every website, ours is delivered by servers that see technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This site does not set cookies, does not use advertising or social media trackers, and does not build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use the details you send to reply to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to run the project and our business records. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
A few service providers help us run this site. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks. It processes the technical details of each visit and gives us traffic totals, such as the number of visits to each page, that do not identify you.
- Web3Forms receives what you submit in the inquiry form and delivers it to us by email.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on our pages. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep sensible business records, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, we will, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to inquiries@imprensasolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.
"Do Not Track"
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site does not track visitors across other websites or over time, it works the same way whether or not the signal is on.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit who can see inquiries. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the form.
Children
This site is meant for businesses, organizations, and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
