No water at the tap?

(530) 555-0142

A person answers this line day and night. We carry the common pumps, tanks and controls on the truck, so most homes have water again on the first visit.

What happens when you call

  1. We ask a few questions

What you see at the tap, the gauge reading on your tank, and how old the pump is. It takes about five minutes.

  2. We give you a time

No-water calls go to the front of the line. We tell you when the truck will arrive and call if that changes.

  3. We tell you the price first

The technician finds the fault, explains it, and gives you a written price before any work starts.

  4. We test before we leave

Pressure, flow and controls are checked with you watching, and the work area is left clean.

Three things to check before you call

The breaker
Find the breaker marked "well" or "pump" in your panel. If it has tripped, reset it once. If it trips again, leave it off and call us.
The pressure gauge
Look at the gauge near your pressure tank. A reading of zero points to the pump or its power. A normal reading with no water points to a blocked or frozen line.
Water running somewhere
A stuck toilet, a broken irrigation line or a hose left on can drain a tank and make the pump run without stopping.

Where we work

Alder Bend, Wren Hollow, Dunmore, Orchard Flat, Quill Creek and Hazel Ridge, and the ranch roads between them.

If you are within about forty minutes of our yard on Granary Road, we cover you. Farther out, call and ask. We often can.
